Chicago GSB Fund

The Chicago GSB Fund is the school's greatest source of unrestricted support. Alumni giving provides the margin of excellence to quickly adapt in the highly competitive field of business education.

The 2006–2007 fiscal year broke records - more than 7,000 GSB alumni gave to the Chicago GSB Fund for a total of more than $5.6 million. These funds are essential and help the GSB remain a leader in the marketplace of ideas.

Chicago GSB is a place of accomplishment. With the support of alumni, the Chicago GSB Fund will continue to accomplish great things.

Dean Snyder has outlined the following initiatives as our top priorities. You can designate your GSB Fund gift to support any of these critical objectives:

Faculty Competitiveness. Help Chicago GSB recruit and retain the world's finest discipline based faculty and support research with the power to transform corporate and civic life.

Student Scholarships. Help Chicago GSB achieve the critical edge in recruiting top talent and ensure that the highest caliber students join our community. Over the past four years we have increased scholarship aid by an average of 16.6% annually, a trend made possible through private support.

Global Visibility. Chicago GSB’s campuses in Singapore and London underscore our global commitment.  Our faculty and students in Europe and Asia are helping us achieve greater visibility throughout the world, build strong corporate relations and better support our alumni who work and live in these regions.

Dean's Initiatives. Enable the Dean to respond to and support emerging needs and programs. Having the flexibility to access funds and respond immediately gives Chicago GSB a powerful competitive advantage.
